17 into Islam but cannot exit. Because if you want to exit you will be declared Murtad and the punishment of Murtad is death. There is no law of any government that says if you accept our citizenship you cannot reject it. But, Yes! it is in our Shariah. Our Shariah says you cannot get out once you enter. Well! The Qur'an also says you cannot get out of something, but that is called Hell: “Nor will there be a way for them out of the Fire (2:167)”. They are in Hell and cannot get out of it. A kind of compulsion and force that: “for them have We readied suffering through a blazing flame” (67:5). It says that what to say of those astrologers, but also those who go to them to find out their Taqdir, all of them will be in this blazing fire. That is, all of their life's worth will get scorched. This is the meaning of this verse. A human's life's real worth is made only from continuous action, from persistent struggle, from freedom of choice, from exercising his right of choice, from conviction and steadfastness. But when these are taken away, when these are usurped from him, then what does remain of the human being? Please note the kind of metaphor the Qur'an uses to describe this: “suffering through a blazing flame” (67:5); for, suffering in hell awaits all who are [thus] bent on blaspheming against their Sustainer: and how vile a journey's end! (67:6); such is their ignominy in this world. But in the life to come [yet more] awesome suffering awaits them (5:33). Please note that the Qur'an says that such people (such as astrologers and those who seek their advice on Taqdir) will suffer ignominy in this world. Different kind of Suffering Dear friends! How many different kinds of suffering humans are subjected to: suffering humiliation and disgrace, suffering poverty and indigence, and suffering subordination? All these sufferings are sufferings of Hell. And then the Qur'an also says 'Jahim', i.e., to get stuck at one place, not being able to move forward, not being able to make progress. Do you realize what this belief in Taqdir Whatever is to happen has been written in Taqdir has done to us? You may very well imagine then what kind of damage this type of belief can do to a nation. Well! We can't even think now since, we are, in fact, living this Hell. We are in the middle of these sufferings: Just look at our condition for the proof? There is no need to ask anyone!
