6 Human world and Jewish belief Jews had the belief that a child born only in an Israeli family will achieve salvation and will go to Heaven by just being born in Israel family, and, as a corollary, they believed that any child not being born in Israeli family cannot go to Heaven. Now, a child does not have the choice to be born in Israeli or non-Israeli family. Also, the Jews believed that anyone not born in an Israeli family cannot become an Israeli and vice versa. So, this is a predetermined fate. The Qur'an quickly refuted this Jewish belief. Christian belief Christians believe that every human child on his birth is born with the burden of the Original sin and this cannot be erased with any act except by the belief in the atonement of Jesus. So, the first point to note here is that the child bears this burden of sin without committing any sin; without exercising any right of choice. With his birth, just as he received a mouth, two ears, and a nose from God he also got this burden of sin from Him. So, this, too, is a predetermined fate. And, no matter what, he cannot get rid of this sin by any act of his or by anything else, except by believing in crucifixion and atonement of Jesus as a matter of blind faith. The Qur'an quickly refuted this Christian belief. Human degradation and teachings of Hinduism Dear friends! Hinduism has exactly the same belief in predestination. It divides humans into four castes. A child acquires the characteristics of the caste in which he is born in. If he is born in a Brahmin family then he got it made, he is king without a crown. If he is born in a Chhatryia family then he is destined be a ruler. Born as a Vaishya his destiny is business and capitalism. If unfortunate to be born in a Shudra family, then his fate is to serve the other three. Nothing can change the caste in which the child is born. Did you notice? Before the Qur'an and till today in all the great world religions these were the fundamental beliefs. The Qur'an refuted these beliefs. It is not that it is engaging in religious debate. It affirms this fundamental human right: that every child is born with a freewill; and any belief that usurps in any way or puts any roadblock in its way of this God-given freewill, it could not be from God. And any religion that does this, that religion cannot be from God. In Surah Al A'Araaf, it is said that the Prophet (PBUH) will break all the chains that have been put on humanity; he
